DREAM Alive Programs

DREAM Alive is a community of mentors and role models dedicated to helping Indianapolis youth unlock their full potential. Unlike any other program in Indianapolis, our unique seven-year model supports students from 6th to 12th grade, focusing on mentorship, career exploration, and life skills. By investing in these critical years, we empower students to build a strong foundation for lasting economic and professional success—breaking cycles and opening doors to brighter futures.

Middle School Program

Middle school is a key time for self-discovery and community connection. Our program supports scholars through mentoring, character development, and career exploration, helping them build emotional intelligence and a sense of purpose. With daily on-site mentoring activities and at least two monthly career sessions through partner organizations, students gain hands-on experiences and exposure to diverse career paths, all while learning how to thrive as students and community members.

High School Program

High school students encounter various significant challenges, and our program aims to help them thrive. Building on their middle school foundation, we focus on mentoring, career exploration, and character development. Scholars participate in one-on-one lunch mentoring sessions, career trips, college visits, and more.
