DREAM Alive is proud to announce that we have been named a 2026 Faith & Action Grant recipient, receiving a $20,000 investment from Christian Theological Seminary’s Faith & Action Project. Now marking its tenth year, the program invests in evidence-based, community-led solutions to poverty across Indianapolis, and DREAM Alive is one of seven organizations selected this year for work that reflects both compassion and proven impact.

This year, Faith & Action will award $125,000 total to seven community-led organizations, each working to address a different piece of the challenges facing our community, including youth development, housing stability, mental health, economic mobility, and LGBTQ+ care. Together, these investments reflect a shared belief that lasting change comes from connecting and strengthening the work already happening across Indianapolis.

This investment will expand DREAM Alive’s work across every IPS middle school, strengthen transportation support so more students can access career exploration experiences, and help ensure students facing food insecurity receive consistent after-school meals and snacks.

“These organizations are demonstrating effective, relational approaches that lead to long-term transformation,” said Faith & Action Program Director Lindsey Nell Rabinowitch. “We are excited to highlight their best practices because they can be learned from, replicated, and scaled to increase positive outcomes for more youth, individuals, and families across our community and beyond.”

We’re honored to be recognized alongside six other outstanding organizations working to reduce poverty across Central Indiana, and grateful to Christian Theological Seminary for a decade of investing in solutions like ours. This grant will help DREAM Alive reach more students, in more schools, with the support they need to build a future full of possibility.
