The holidays are almost here, and DREAM Alive is excited to announce our 22nd annual DREAM Christmas Celebration on Monday, December 14th from 5-7:30pm at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis!

DREAM Christmas is more than a holiday event—it’s a story of hope, generosity, and community coming together. Each year, DREAM Alive (DA) scholars trade places, stepping into the role of sponsors to bring Christmas to children and families living in poverty across Indianapolis. With wish lists in hand and hearts full of excitement, our scholars shop, wrap, and deliver not just gifts and meals, but joy, dignity, and the reminder that every family deserves to be celebrated.

We can’t do it without YOU! There are three ways to help make this Christmas unforgettable:

🎁 Volunteer for a Shopping Day
Join our scholars at the Meijer on Keystone Avenue to shop for gifts for the children we serve. Shopping days are a fun, hands-on way to give back, and you’ll get to help choose gifts that will light up a child’s face on December 14th. Groups, families and coworkers are all welcome!

Shopping dates:

  • Tuesday, November 10th from 4:15-5:45pm
  • Wednesday, November 11th from 4:15-5:45pm
  • Thursday, November 12th from 4:15-5:45pm

🌟 Become a Corporate Sponsor

Sponsorships cover gifts, meals and event costs so that every child at DREAM Christmas feels seen and celebrated. Companies can make a lasting impact at every level. Sponsors also have the opportunity to host a wrapping party with our scholars if desired!

For as little as $25, you can sponsor a child and give them a Christmas full of joy and hope. Your support helps create unforgettable memories and teaches our scholars that the greatest gift is giving to others.

Why It Matters

For 22 years, DREAM Alive has turned this day into something special, all while teaching our own scholars the true meaning of Christmas. They’re giving back to families in need, blessing 100 children and their families with a holiday they’ll never forget: a day full of laughter, love and the true spirit of giving.
