21st Annual DREAM Christmas Event

DREAM Christmas is more than a holiday event—it’s a story of hope, generosity, and community coming together. Each year, DREAM Alive (DA) scholars trade places, stepping into the role of sponsors to bring Christmas to children and families living in poverty across Indianapolis. With wish lists in hand and hearts full of excitement, our scholars shop, wrap, and deliver not just gifts and meals, but joy, dignity, and the reminder that every family deserves to be celebrated.

This year marks the 21st annual DREAM Christmas, and our vision is bold: to bless 100 children and their families with a holiday they will never forget—a day filled with laughter, love, and the true spirit of giving.

With the support of our corporate partners, every scholar is equipped to walk alongside a family facing tough circumstances and give them a holiday they’ll never forget. It’s a remarkable picture of people from all walks of life uniting to spread hope and generosity. Sponsorship levels range from $500 to $15,000 and come with benefits based on donation amount.

Shopping Volunteer

Join DREAM Alive scholars for a holiday shopping trip that changes lives! As a volunteer, you’ll be paired with a scholar and given a wish list and funds to purchase Christmas gifts for a child in need right here in Indianapolis. Together, you’ll share laughs, stories, and the joy of giving—while creating a holiday experience that a family will never forget.

Shopping volunteers must be 18 years or older and available on select shopping days.

Host a Wrap Party

Bring your team together for a festive and meaningful celebration! By hosting 10–15 DREAM Alive scholars, you’ll create a holiday-themed wrapping party where students wrap the gifts they’ve purchased. As they tie bows and share holiday cheer, scholars will also get the chance to connect with your team, hear about your work, and learn more about your business—all while experiencing the joy of giving back.

Hosts should plan for 10-15 guests and provide a festive experience for scholars.
