DREAM Alive offers career readiness and development for our underclassmen high school scholars through workshop-based learning, experiential learning, and mentoring relationships. There will be field trips, career content, workshops, and more! At the end of the camp, each scholar will walk away with more knowledge about their desired career path and being equipped for the workforce.
Program Components:
Career Exploration
Discovering natural skills and occupation matches through a career assessment, creating a career plan, visiting a college campus
Career Development
Building resumes, interview prep, exploring careers in trades
Professional/Life Skills
Conducting mock interviews and financial literacy
Fun Incentive
Those who attend every day of the camp, as well as engage and participate will earn the opportunity to go to Kentucky Kingdom on the final day.

Scholar limit: 45 (15 scholars per school)
In order for scholars to secure their spot, please register for the camp, sign a new waiver form for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year, and complete the CDBG form (required by the state for the grant DREAM Alive receives to do this summer programming). Camp will be held at Midtown Church (5610 N Broadway St).
